Bordeaux is one of the two cities we treat as a priority, alongside Coimbra. We accept project enquiries from clients in Bordeaux and across France. There is no ONYX WORLD office in Bordeaux — work there is planned as a scheduled visit, which is why we settle the scope and dates carefully in advance.
We would rather tell you honestly whether a project is practical for us than accept work we cannot do properly. Send the details and we will answer either way.
Start on WhatsApp with photos of each room, the approximate square metres and the finish you want. We come back with a written quotation covering materials, labour and travel, so the figure you see is the figure you pay.
Once the quotation is accepted we fix a start date and a working window. Availability in Bordeaux is confirmed after discussing the location, scope and schedule — we would rather decline than hold a date we cannot keep.
