Wood & Parquet Flooring
Solid wood and parquet reward careful installation and can be brought back to life decades later with sanding and refinishing.
We check subfloor moisture and flatness, allow the timber to acclimatise, then install with the correct expansion gaps and pattern. For existing floors we sand back to clean timber and refinish with oil or lacquer, depending on the look and the wear the floor takes.

Common questions
- Can an old parquet floor be saved?
- Often yes. If the boards are sound and thick enough, sanding and refinishing costs far less than replacement. We will tell you after seeing the floor.
- How long before we can walk on it?
- It depends on the finish used. We confirm the drying and curing times for your specific floor before starting.
- Do you install skirting boards too?
- Yes, skirting and threshold details can be included so the finished floor has clean edges everywhere.
