Based in Coimbra, Portugal — serving clients across Europe. Beyond our priority countries of Portugal, France, Germany and the Netherlands, we still read every enquiry that arrives from elsewhere in Europe and give a straight answer about whether the trip makes sense for the work involved.
We would rather tell you honestly whether a project is practical for us than accept work we cannot do properly. Send the details and we will answer either way.
Remote quotation is the norm: photos, measurements and a short brief, followed by a video call if the project needs one. We then send a written quotation with the scope, the materials and the number of working days set out clearly.
Travel-based projects need a longer lead time than local work and a scope that does not change midway. Once both are agreed, the schedule is fixed and we hold to it.
